My wife and I booked a trip to Punta Cana with SD Travel. It was a terrific experience end to end. Eglys and her team were on top of everything. Three things stood out: 1) They made it easy by clearly presenting various options for us to pick from up front; 2) the summary documents, details and instructions were sent to us well in advance which clearly laid out our trip plans; 3) while in The Dominican Republic Eglys stayed in touch with us checking in from time to time to see if everything was okay. We had some difficulty reaching our driver to confirm the hotel to airport ground transportation. I simply texted Eglys and in minutes she took care of it. Great experience. Highly recommend.

My family and I cannot thank Santo Domingo Travel enough! They helped us acquire a driver for a day tour in the Amalfi Coast in Italy and we felt like we were in good hands the whole time! The driver was kind, helpful, and educated us on everything Italy! He spoke English, which was great, and even went above and beyond to help us figure out our train plans.Maria Jose from Santo Domingo travel was a great listener and managed to get everything we wanted on our itinerary. She was always available to answer any questions and give recommendations on where to eat or where to go. She worked as our point of contact with our driver so when we got there, everything was already worked out. Maria made planning our family trip a breeze and I could not recommend her enough. 10/10 would use again!!
Wonderful experience! They were able to save me over $200 on resort booking as well as find me the top resorts in Punta Cana at the time with quality food, drinks, service, entertainment etc. they were very helpful in helping me book a reliable transportation to and from the airport. They took the time to answer allll of my questions and truly help me with everything I needed with quick turn around times and responses. 10/10 recommend ! Very friendly and reliable service as well
