When booking a flight, of course, the first thing we do is take price into consideration, then the airline, time, etc. But we often overlook the aircraft were flying in.
With SDQTravel we always explain to our customer the aircraft on the flight you booked.
Here we have the American Airlines Boeing 777 (top) and 767 (bottom) same airline, same route, different departure times, two different experiences. As a result, customers who don’t know about airplanes end up on the older 767 with less leg room, no seat screen, and older seats. In effect, blame the airline for bad service when in reality the customer picked the wrong aircraft.
I always pick newer Boeing over Airbus on long haul flight due to leg room and general comfort. It’s always worth the little extra $$$.
So next time you book a flight call SDQ Travel and remember research the aircraft. If you’re flying on a Boeing 737MAX, 764, 777, 787, Airbus A320neo, A330neo or A350 chances are you’re going to have a great experience.
