1. Hierve El Agua. Although they seem from another planet, these pools of water and petrified waterfalls are in the midst of the mountains in Oaxaca, the view from this place is just awesome.

2. Hanson Lagoon. Yes, this lagoon is in our country and it is part of the Constitution of 1857 National Park in Ensenada, Baja California.

3. Marieta Islands.  Located a few kilometers from Punta Mita, Nayarit,everyone who visits them fall in love with  these small islands.

4. Cabo San Lucas Arch. In Baja California Sur, also known as “The End of the Earth”, the arch separates the Gulf of California from the Pacific Ocean.

 5. Rosario Sanctuary.  In Michoacán, it is a part of the Biosphere Reserve of the Monarch Butterfly and it is a natural phenomenon. Surrounded by pines, firs and cedars on the Cerro del Campanario, receives the highest number of butterflies per year.

6. Lagoons of Nevado de Toluca. These beautiful lakes in the State of Mexico, are the product of  the volcano’s melting snow.

 7. Sumidero Canyon. Surprising for its vertical walls, its flora and fauna, Sumidero Canyon covers four municipalities in Chiapas and it is considered as a National Park.

8. Basaseachi Waterfall. With a height of 246 meters, this magnificent waterfall is the highest in Mexico and it is located in the state of Chihuahua.

9. Tepozteco Hill. Considered as a magical town, Tepoztlan in Morelos is known for its mysticism, excellent climate and purifying energy.

10. Holbox Island.  Located in Quintana Roo, 3 hours from Cancun, the island is part of the protected area of Yum Balam. This is a nice place to relax and be in contact with nature.

11. Sierra de Organos. These natural sculptures, located in Zacatecas, owe their formation to wind erosion.

12. Contoy Island. Natural refuge for over 150 species of birds, Contoy is a protected island located north of Isla Mujeres in Quintana Roo.

 13. Montebello Lakes. Very close to Guatemala, in Chiapas, this is a complex ecosystem of lakes surrounded by forests of pine and oak.

14. Calakmul Biosphere Reserve. It is a region of tropical forest in Campechewhere more than 2,500 species of flora and fauna coexist.

15. Cave of Crystals. It is a cave connected to the Naica Mine in Chihuahua, with the largest natural crystals ever found. Is relatively unexplored because its temperature reaches up to 58°C and humidity is 99{889182f5ffdfd5a5e85c62e406185d2ae911c32784afb2f2145e0adb07e10aa7}.

 16. Las Coloradas. It is a small fishing port known for its biodiversity and beautiful colors in the state of Yucatan. It is one of the most important salt plants in the country.

17. Xel-Há. In Quintana Roo you can find this Natural Wonder, an ecological park and a beautiful inlet where flowing rivers of the Yucatan Peninsula and the Caribbean Sea come together. With a great diversity of flora and fauna it is a spectacle of colors.

18. Tamul Waterfall. With 105 meters, Tamul, in San Luis Potosi, is considered the most spectacular waterfall in Mexico.

19. Copper Canyon. In the heart of the Sierra Tarahumara of Chihuahua, these canyons receive their name beacuse of the coppery color of their walls.

20. Altar Desert. With temperatures around 50°C, this desert seems like the Middle East,  but it’s actually in the state of Sonora in Mexico.

21. Cuatrocienegas Biosphere Reserve. This oasis in the mountains of Coahuila is considered as one of the most unique and beautiful around the world.

22. Cave of Swallows. An impressive abyss with a depth of 376 meters in San Luis Potosi, where thousands of birds live.

23. Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. It is the largest protected area of the Mexican Caribbean in Quintana Roo, the reserve includes numerous cenotes, Sian Ka’an reefs and 110 kilometers of the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System.

24. Miramar Lagoon. The Lacandon Jungle is home to the largest natural body of water and the most beautiful one in Chiapas. Covering an area of ​​over 2,000 acres, this lake remains in pristine condition.

25. Lu’um Cenote. The impressive semi Lu’um cenote or sinkhole, is located at La Ruta de los Cenotes in Quintana Roo and is one of the most beautiful in the Yucatan Peninsula.

26. Espíritu Santo Island. With beautiful bays, rich marine life, birds, reptiles and amphibians, this beautiful island is one of the best preserved ecosystems in Baja California Sur.
